When I started my job close to a year ago, I started as a Personnel istant for a staffing company. My main job duties were to answer phone, make start packets for new hires, and keep up with the start to finish of these new hires. Background checks, drug screening results etc. Pretty easy. As time went on I became more familiar with Payroll, I helped out here and there and now I basically handle all aspects of Payroll and my original job duties. Since we handle all of our new hires nationally, everything we do is sent out through fed-ex packets. So when we have a rush of 30 new hires beginning in a week, its a lot for me to keep up with. Did they return all their paperwork? Did they take their drug test? Did I send over their client paperwork to their new manager? While that’s going on, recruiters are telling me, HEY, I need 5 packets to go out overnight to these people who need to start next Monday. The phone is ringing. I still have to do Payroll for the 200 people who are currently working for us. The original Payroll Admin is sending out joke emails and videos with all the extra time on her hands since this is such “a learning experience for me”, “im doing such a great job in Payroll”. I love Payroll and I love my other job duties, it is just overwhelming. A recruiter got a promotion to lead recruiter and she is on a Power trip, only a couple of people here know how much work I do , but she tells me I need to do a project for a recruiter because it will take too much time out of his recruiting time. Im speechless because im busy enough as it is. She basically tells me in other words, “tough sh*t, its your project now. She even tells me our manager suggested it was a good idea. This recruiter doesn’t like to do new projects, he doesn’t really follow policy, he is holding on to his job by his past experience as an airplane mechanic which is what we recruit for. Im stuck as far as what to do.. What is unfair is, the so called reason I have to do this is because it is too time consuming for him to do, but all the other recruiter have to do it. It will take time out of his recruiting but is it not okay for time to be taken out of their recruiting? Why is this project being handed over to me? I do not want to do something that 1. I don’t have time for 2. Is not an admin’s responsibility 3. Is not fair to other recruiters that I do his work and everyone does their own. Do I confront my manager? What should I do? Okay, first off I live in Florida. In Pinellas County. I posted an ad on craigslist to sell my Verizon Blackberry smartphone. This guy offered me money then asked out of curiousity why i didnt want the phone anymore. i told him it was under a roommates name and she didnt pay the bill so the service got cut off. he bought the phone with this knowledge and i have proof in a text message that i told him this information. now he is threatening to call the police. and mentioned something about a lemon law. well i tried looking it up and to what ive seen there is no lemon law for cellphones. then he said its in the fine print in craigslist and when i looked at craigslist it says they do not offer 'buyer protection'. he said its a fraud because the phone doesnt work. but the PHONE works perfectly. i told him i sold him a PHONE not a service plan. i did not at ANY point tell him he could reactivate this phone with verizon. is there any legal action he can take? i asked 2 friends, and they said no.but i wanted to ask a broader range of people.there

I am trying to watch whatever is on my PC on my TV. I have all of the necessary cables but I just don't know how to change the settings on my PC to get the visual on my television. I have an ATI radeon graphics card, and Windows Vista 64 bit. I connected the s-video cable from the back of my PC to an RF modulator, since my older tv does not have an s-video jack actually right on the tv. then from the rf modulator I ran a coax screw in cable from it into the spot on the back of my tv. Considering the lifespan in Gaza, almost none of the current people were probably alive when Israel was formed. The problem in my mind is that the other Arab countries won't let the Palestinians into their countries. Israel occupies "other people's" land because it won its wars (like how the US got Texas) only instead keeping it forever, it uses it as a buffer. We have observed that my quaker parrot is picking at the feathers around its feet, and we were informed today that she is beginning to pluck her feathers. I know that it is from stress, and I really want to help her before she engrosses herself even more in this behavior. As of now it shes not missing a lot of feathers, but I know it will incline if we do not do anything. Has anyone had this problem before, and corrected it. I have given her tons of new toys and they keep her occupied and I have been staying in the room, and talking to her quietly to distract her from plucking. The seeds (20) have already germinated, and have roots and very small green leaves, but they seem to be withering now. I think it looks pretty good, although trailers are never really a good way to judge if a movie will be good or not. My 2 female rats get along fine until their food bowl is filled. They have been housed together for the past year and a half and I recently completely cleaned their cage very well. After cleaning, I noticed that one rat hordes all the food when I put it in the bowl and then doesn't want to share with her sister. When the sister approaches where the food is stored, she is quickly pinned and forced away very aggressively. I'm thinking she is protective of the food because I washed away the familiar scents of the cage. Did they return all their paperwork? Did they take their drug test? Did I send over their client paperwork to their new manager? While that’s going on, recruiters are telling me, HEY, I need 5 packets to go out overnight to these people who need to start next Monday. The phone is ringing. I still have to do Payroll for the 200 people who are currently working for us. The original Payroll Admin is sending out joke emails and videos with all the extra time on her hands since this is such “a learning experience for me”, “im doing such a great job in Payroll”. I love Payroll and I love my other job duties, it is just overwhelming. A recruiter got a promotion to lead recruiter and she is on a Power trip, only a couple of people here know how much work I do , but she tells me I need to do a project for a recruiter because it will take too much time out of his recruiting time. Im speechless because im busy enough as it is. She basically tells me in other words, “tough sh*t, its your project now. She even tells me our manager suggested it was a good idea. This recruiter doesn’t like to do new projects, he doesn’t really follow policy, he is holding on to his job by his past experience as an airplane mechanic which is what we recruit for. Im stuck as far as what to do.. What is unfair is, the so called reason I have to do this is because it is too time consuming for him to do, but all the other recruiter have to do it. It seems chipper and eats good as well. I feed it lots of vegetables and fruits besides feeding it seeds. I tried feeding it egg a few times because i heard its good for feather growth but it's not necessarily fond of them. Does anybody know what the problem could be??there

Talk to one of the local people that do yardwork as to the best time, but you'll probably need to start by having your yard aerated then let them put down fertilize and gr seed. You should probably put down some straw to keep the moisture in, especially on the bare spots. I'm from SC too and there's some pretty knowledgeable people doing such yardwork. It'll probably cost a couple hundred depending on the size of your yard but it should pay off in the long run. They will usually give you a free estimate.there

Noah loves to flush the toilet and has recently started to take his baby doll to the potty and even try to change the babys' diaper. i am currently a potential kidney donor to my sister and ive been getting tests done for a few months now, everything has been absolutely perfect! I am in the last step of the testing process and now im stalled(talk about bad luck) first they found nodules on my left lung ranging between 1.5mm-4mm after another ct scan they ruled anything bad out. In that ct scan they also noticed my thymus gland is bigger than it should be for my age. I have muscle weakness,eye weakness,neck pain and get tired out very easily. If all of my other blood tests came back fine and the thymus is all about the immune system then what the hell could be wrong? I am waiting for the doctors in Boston(Beth Isreal Medical Center) and Cooperstown NY(Bet Healthcare)to make up their minds on what to do(considering a biopsy)..well idk dont mind my ramblings im high on the pain killers i recieved lol..any input would be much appreciated thanks for you time!there
