lake I only have one fallopian tube, but both ovaries.....?

how hard will it be for me to get pregnant again. (I had an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured so they had to remove my tube.) I want to try again, not for a while though, maybe a year. I just want to know if i will have problems. Anyone with similiar situations? I am confused on how the eggs are released. it seems since i only have one tube, I have a chance every other month or so.....there
