lake In Sharia law it is obligatory to have a beard.. what happens if you can not grow one?

I've thought about this for awhile. Let's say I wanted to convert to Islam and follow strict Sharia law.. due to whatever genetic factors, I'm happy if I can grow a decent goatee! So am I excluded from being Muslim for that reason? Or do they get me a false beard to wear to fit in?there
