lake Does Palmer's Cocoa er Work?(Actually Lighten Dark Marks?)?

I have some acne scars on my cheeks and on my chin. The ones on my cheeks don't go away no matter what. Will Palmer's cocoa er lighten them or make them completely go away. How long will it take?there
