lake Exporting itunes 8 playlists?

i recently bought a cheap mp3 player to replace my old ipod, and i want to export an itunes playlist to it, so i googled itunes 8 playist exporting, but all i found was how to export it to a .m3u or watever playlist file, which my player doesn't support. does anyone know how to export an itunes 8 playlist to a bunch of .mp3/.wma files? i want to stress I DO NOT WANT A .M3U FILE I WANT A SERIES OF .MP3 OR .WMA FILESthere
