lake Does anyone know if Chlorpramazine is subject to tolerance and why it is not used long-term?

In larger doses, it's used as an antipsychotic agent. An old drug, it's coming into disfavor not because of any issues with tolerance but because of its side-effect profile. The main concern that would keep it from being used as a long-term anti-emetic would be tardive dyskinesia. Chronic motor dysfunction would be too high a price to pay.there
