lake Did anyone notice that Heath Ledger was not included in the "In Memorium" portion of the Oscars?

Considering all three members of his family had the opportunity to memorialize him, along with the actual discussion that went with his nomination, I think they did enough. Adding him in that segment would've just been redundant.there
