lake 3 Network help required?
the same thig happened to me when i wanted to change my plan but when i upgraded the call ended with a recorded message saying 'check out t&c's' which i obviosly ignored, but thats how they 'advise you' of the changes! no big deal for me but urs sounds like a more serious problem! if ur signal strength has suddenly changed its probably a handset problem...i had mine go in for repair with three recently and it was really efficiant...called them, a courier picked up the handset the next day(which also happened to be new years day!!!) and i got it back a few days later (thursday pm - monday am) just threaten to cancel ur contract...that always scares them into doing the right thing!there
